Terms of Service

Current as of June 18, 2026. We may update this page; the date reflects the latest version.

By using Ask Church you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

What Ask Church is

Ask Church is an AI assistant a church embeds on its own website, grounded only in that church's own published content. It is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

What it is not

Ask Church is not professional, medical, legal, or clinical advice, and it is not a counselor, therapist, or crisis service. In an emergency, call 911; for mental-health crisis support, call or text 988. The assistant routes such situations to real people and real hotlines.

Acceptable use

Plans and billing

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision Genesis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
