Find answers in your church’s sermons and resources.

  • No card. Nothing to install on your website.
  • 400 answers a month, for your team only.
  • It stays internal until you decide to open it.

The Staff Desk is free for your church staff. When you’re ready, the Front Door puts the same assistant on your website.

In development: connect the libraries your staff actually uses: PDFs, shared drives, process docs.

Staff desk · your team only
What has Pastor said about giving when money is tight?
He came back to it in the stewardship series last fall: giving is a response to what God has already given, never a fee for belonging. He told the congregation plainly that a household in a hard season should feed its kids first and talk to the deacons.
“What Giving Is For” · jumps to 18:42 in your sermon

AskMyChurch Front Door · $99–$499 a month

Your church’s front door… always open.

People ask about service times, baptism, grief, parking, and what your church believes long after the office closes. AskMyChurch answers from your own words and walks the human things to a person.

The Front Door is the assistant on your own website. It answers whoever lands there at 11pm: a visitor looking for a service time, a member carrying grief. It works from the same content your staff searches, and it speaks to your congregation under your church’s name.

Canon

Your pastor's voice,
cited to the moment.

Ask anything your pastor has preached, in their own words, cited to the sermon and linked to the exact minute he said it, as your sermons are indexed. It cites; it does not impersonate, and it deepens as your library grows.

Learning Loop

Most church bots freeze the day they're installed. AskMyChurch keeps learning your congregation. Every week it's a little more your church.

It runs a loop: every question makes it sharper, every gap surfaces with a one-line fix, and you close it in plain English. No ticket, no developer. You see the themes — "14 asked about the retreat," "3 are carrying grief" — never names, never private words.

Why AskMyChurch?

Because it's not a generic chatbot. Any chatbot can sound right. AskMyChurch is built to be right.

Anonymous by default.

No accounts, no names, no device tracking. AskMyChurch keeps the questions so answers improve; it does not build a profile of the person asking. Care themes surface as themes, never as private words in a public report.

What it will not do.

Invent doctrine. If your content does not support it, AskMyChurch says so. Speak as your pastor. Canon cites sermons; it does not impersonate. Route crisis through a prompt. The crisis gate runs before the model replies.

Runs on Cloudflare's global edge network. Fully hosted, with nothing for your team to deploy or patch.

★ Best for member Q&A automation

“It answers only from your church’s own published content, then runs a second-pass grounding check before sending any response. If it can’t find a supported answer, it says so… Canon, which indexes your pastor’s sermons and links each answer to the exact minute it was said, [gives members] a grounded, citable response rooted in your church’s actual teaching.”

✓ Responsible design

“One of the more responsible church-chatbot designs we have researched… it limits answers to a church’s public material, cites exact pages or sermon moments, and places a crisis gate before the ordinary answer path.”

One assistant, one engine

What AskMyChurch costs.

It is one assistant, built on one engine. The only things that change are who it answers, your own staff or your whole congregation on your church's website, and how large your church is. No plan holds features back.

In every plan: the non-negotiables, included for everyone:

Common questions

The operational stuff, answered straight.

Engineered never to invent details. Audited to show it.

4,167 questions across 1,193 church assistants. Zero invented details. Read the audit →

Who approves what it says before it goes live?

You do. Your assistant is built as a private preview first. You and your team test it with real questions before it ever touches your website. It only answers from what your church has published, and a real person on our team gives every assistant a final quality pass before launch.

Can we turn topics off?

Yes. From your dashboard, tell it in plain English what to leave to a person — "don't answer questions about this; connect them with our office" — and the change is live in about a minute. The one thing that can't be turned off is the crisis gate: 988 routing runs before any replies, always.

What happens if we cancel?

You stop paying and the assistant goes offline. That's it. Every plan is month-to-month with no setup fee and no contract. It only ever answered from your own website and sermons, so there's nothing to export and nothing held hostage: your content stays exactly where it always lived, on your site and your channels.

Will it ever make something up?

It’s designed not to, and we audited that. Across 4,167 questions, more than 1,100 of them written to trick it, zero answers contained an invented detail. Every answer is pulled only from your church’s own published content and shows the exact source, and it says “I don’t know” instead of guessing when your material doesn’t cover the question. Read the audit →

What happens when someone is in crisis?

Messages signaling acute distress, in English or Spanish, route to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, the Crisis Text Line, and your own pastoral-care team before any chatbot replies. It's hard-wired in code to run first.

Is our congregation's data private?

Everyday questions are anonymous. No names, no accounts. Someone is identified only when they choose to share their info to receive prayer follow-up, serve, or plan a visit, and that goes to your team, not to us.
