To add your AskMyChurch assistant to Shopify, copy your one-line install code and paste it Online Store → Themes → Edit code → theme.liquid, before </body>. The assistant — already trained on your church's content, with your name, colors, and welcome message baked in — appears as a chat button in the corner of every page. No other setup is needed.

Step by step

Open your dashboard — Go to your assistant's dashboard and open the Test & Install tab.
Copy your install code — It looks like <script src="https://askchurch.ai/ask-church/YOUR-SLUG/widget.js" async></script> — one line, with your church already baked in.
Paste it into Shopify — Add it to Online Store → Themes → Edit code → theme.liquid, before .
Save and publish — Reload your site — the chat button appears in the bottom corner. Click it to test.
